Coco Nibs

Cocoa nibs are great to snack on and if you have a little bit of a chocolate addiction like me then they really help fix you chocolate craving without having all the sugar, chemicals and additives that chocolate would have.

I add a heaped tablespoon into my porridge and smoothies (I will be sharing a super food smoothie with you very soon)
